Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to support
the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission including our scholarship and mini-grant programs.

Table Cost includes a signature dish for 8pp provided by your selected Table Sponsor,
a complimentary cocktail and a sweet treat
provided by the StL Dames for each guest,
2 dazzling hours of food related trivia, plus opportunities to win gifts and prizes.

Missouri’s Wild Edible Mushrooms (and look likes)

Presented by Maxine Stone

The St Louis chapters of Les Dames d'Escoffier and Slow Food invite you to join us on Friday evening, October 25 from 6- 8 PM at the Brentwood Community Center as we welcome Maxine Stone, author of Missouri's Wild Mushrooms. Her presentation will uncover the marvels and demystify the wonders of the wild edible mushrooms found in our region.

Guests will also enjoy a light, tasting menu of dishes created with wild mushrooms along with wine pairings and NA beverages.

Although the event is free and open to the public, donations to sustain future, quality programs that include outreach to our local community are always appreciated. Twenty dollars is suggested.

Wines are generously donated from our local Dame Liz Engelsman and Pinnacle Imports.

AND GRANT WINNERS!

Join us as we meet and greet our 11 (yes 11!) new Dames, as
well as our very deserving scholarship and grant winners! Varied
in profession and experience, you will have the opportunity to get
to know this wonderful group of women and learn of their
excitement in becoming Dames!

Our event will be hosted at a.casa, St Louis’ newest event space
in the heart of South City. A delicious Butler’s Pantry brunch
buffet will be served and a cash bar will be available.
