Join us for an exciting evening of excellent sushi prepared by Chef Heidi Skye Hamamura and a sake presentation by Patricia Wamhoff!!

The St Louis Les Dames Chapter is so honored to have these ladies for this event!

Join Les Dames d'Escoffier and Friends for an exploration into the art of sushi-making complimented with special, curated Sake selections from this fascinating archipelago on
the eastern edge of Asia.

The evening includes the hands-on making of beautiful Japanese dishes in the traditional method with Chef Heidi Hamamura, deliciously paired with Sake chosen by Patricia D. Wamhoff, Advanced Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), Award in Sake, Level 3, Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)

Let’s celebrate spring together! 

Join St. Louis Les Dames d’Escoffier for an evening of fun plus curated food and wine with Massimo Coppetti, retired director of the wine program at Florence University of the Arts, Florence, Italy, and wine/hospitality consultant in Italy. 

Massimo joins us from Florence for a unique experience with
three (count ‘um—THREE) Dames--Bridget Bitza of Bulter’s Pantry, Kandace Davis, chef and former owner of Cha Cha Chow, and Alyse Scaglione, pastry chef of Meadowbrook Country Club— providing fantastic courses to pair with selected Italian wines.
Dame Elizabeth Kniep Engelsmann of Pinnacle Imports expertly curates the wines for each course.
