Join us on March 10 from 6-7 p.m. CST when James Beard award winning food-writer
Beth Dooley will talk about wild rice and its bounty in the heartland, she will also present
a delicious recipe.

Along with Beth, Registered Dietitian Lana Shepek will discuss the nutrition and versatility of rice grown in Missouri. Tammy Wong, who for
decades has presided over Minneapolis’s beloved
Rainbow Cafe, will talk about rice in Asian cuisine and culture. Together, they will share terrific information about diverse types of rice, tips
