The St Louis Les Dames Chapter is so honored to have these ladies for this event!

Join Les Dames d’Escoffier and Friends for an exploration into the art of sushi-making complimented with special, curated Sake selections from this fascinating archipelago on
the eastern edge of Asia.

The evening includes the hands-on making of beautiful Japanese dishes in the traditional method with Chef Heidi Hamamura, deliciously paired with Sake chosen by Patricia D. Wamhoff, Advanced Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), Award in Sake, Level 3, Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)
