Presented by Maxine Stone

The St Louis chapters of Les Dames d’Escoffier and Slow Food invite you to join us on Friday evening, October 25 from 6- 8 PM at the Brentwood Community Center as we welcome Maxine Stone, author of Missouri’s Wild Mushrooms. Her presentation will uncover the marvels and demystify the wonders of the wild edible mushrooms found in our region.

Guests will also enjoy a light, tasting menu of dishes created with wild mushrooms along with wine pairings and NA beverages.

Although the event is free and open to the public, donations to sustain future, quality programs that include outreach to our local community are always appreciated. Twenty dollars is suggested.

Wines are generously donated from our local Dame Liz Engelsman and Pinnacle Imports.
