Alyse Scaglione

After ten years of working my way through hospitality's "front of house" I followed my passion and took my leap into the kitchen. I started out baking briefly for Kaldi's Coffeehouse, followed by three years with Sarah's Cake Shop and I am currently the Pastry Chef at Meadowbrook Country Club in Ballwin MO, which I have lovingly called home for the last seven years.
