Kandace Davis

When Kandace took a job teaching theatre after college she had no idea she’d end up in the food business. In 1998 she opened Marche’, the first market and coffee shop in the bustling Lafayette Square neighborhood of St. Louis. Following continuing Ed training with The Culinary Institute of America, Kandace spent the next 20 years in the kitchen. She is the retired Chef and Owner of the Cha Cha Chow Food Company.
