My culinary roots run deep, beginning with learning to cook from my Sicilian grandmother. Kendall College and Webster University are my alma maters for education, however, I count many hotels, restaurants, and various kitchens along the way as part of my alma mater too. Currently, I am a data manager for Revolution Foods, providing meals to schools and communities around the country.
